Yoga is an excellent way to help loosen and stretch muscles, improve energy flow and circulation, and reduce aches and pains.
This is a beginner level class where students learn and practice proper alignment while learning the fundamentals. Raychelle is skilled at presenting a variety of poses while maintaining safety and integrity. Variations are offered to support the new student while challenges are encouraged for the more skilled as all postures are refined.
