Currently during Green Season offer Hatha Yoga Classes two days a week in our open air ocean view studio. We also host pop up wellness events and private yoga sessions at your vacation villa. SUP Fitness classes are booked by demand, on your schedule.

Fitness Flow Yogalates is a fitness flow mat pilates and yoga mix class. This combines the benefits of the strength training of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga and the time held pose of yin all in one session. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups, strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This class is a challenging and safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements
Yoga is an excellent way to help loosen and stretch muscles, improve energy flow and circulation, and reduce aches and pains.
This is a beginner level class where students learn and practice proper alignment while learning the fundamentals. Raychelle is skilled at presenting a variety of poses while maintaining safety and integrity. Variations are offered to support the new student while challenges are encouraged for the more skilled as all postures are refined.
